Right now, Tennessee is absolutely not an tournament caliber team.

The SEC is so, so, so, so, so absolutely terrible though (can't be overstated) that Tennessee just has to be average to make it in.

It looked like Tyler was throwing it to Maze, and Prince stepped in and decided to take the last heave. If we rely on Maze taking that shot instead of Prince, however, we still deserve to lose.

I'm done venting about this team.

Got 3 hours to relax and wait to hear what kind of gibberish Dick Vitale comes up with for the Davidson game. Or maybe he'll just talk about how great the Big East is, how much money he's raised for the V Foundation, and his mother, in a round robin format.

This game was just depressing. I still think 11 wins in the SEC (reg season and tourney combined) and UT is in.

I lay this one at the feet of Bruce....getting the ball to Wayne down low should have been a priority. Terrible loss!

I'd be shocked if this team stumbled enough to miss out. I'd be even more shocked if this team accomplished SQUAT in the NCAA tourney.

Hat, I know you're not the biggest Pearl fan, but if you were him, what would you be doing to try to fix this team?

I can't believe we beat a team like Marquette at one point this season...

Marquette will lose 3 of its next 5 games at least so that win won't be as big.

I'm not Hat, but I believe what you see is what you get. If they haven't understood the concept of rebounding and defense then they never will.

Thing is, rebounding was actually one of things they did very well up until these last two games.

They're much better than what they had been under Pearl now that they finally have some size, but they always seem to revert back to pickup ball when the game is on the line. They can't make the big stops and they can't seal the game on the boards, in the end.
