The positives from this game

I think there is a correlation between this game and the USCe game last year. AP came out with a complete game plan that wasn’t on film, much like UCSe last year changing their entire Offense before the game. It was pretty obvious that AP prepared for this game and we prepared for winning this big and moving on to Florida. I think I’m the long run this was a good thing for out young linebackers to work on reads and grow in the defense. After Milton missed a couple throws and had those drops by the WRs we went to running the ball and easy throws to ensure AP never built real
Momentum. I think it was actually a very humble game plan by the staff to play to get a win and let guys grow. The officiating was terrible and one sided and it seemed we were playing to take that variable out after the first half as well. I guess we’ll see but after the Pitt game last year no one woulda predicted 11-2 last year either. Que sera sera, don’t let that which you can not affect effect that which you can

I’m shocked at just how many negatives there were.

The passing was bad, the catching was bad, the playcalling was bad.

I’m willing to discount the D being tired a bit cause they played well for a long time, but corners especially looked like a unit that can be exposed.

Give some credit to AP cause they came ready but they aren’t a great team and we looked like a 6-6 team today.

Didn't see Aaron Beasley on the entire final drive, and didn't see Jaylen Wright for the final two offensive drives. Thise might be the two scariest injury possibilities for this team.
Did Charles return after his injury?

Positives from this game.......Joe still has not thrown a pick. That is the only positive I can come up with other than it was a W.

The play calling was severely limited due to the OL and Milton's inaccurate throws. WR's didn't do him any favors either. Not sure what they could have called with so much not working.

Seriously? They were going after him for a reason and he let their WR’s behind him all night. The interception he made was a bad underthrow - he was beat on that play.
We can expect every team we play to go after him going forward.

OL had issues yes but it wasn’t incapable of a drop back or even intermediate throw.

Why not throw Nico in for a drive also?

It’s not as bad as some are making it out to be. 3 years ago this team folds in the 2nd half and we lose. They didn’t, and won an ugly one.

There is room, and time, for improvement. If you were going to have a game like this, and a subsequent wake-up call, this is the one. I have faith in Heupel to have them ready for the Gators.

Yuengling Traditional Lager is usually quite dependable. Will be switching to Oktoberfest beers probably starting with the USCJr game
Never was much of a beer drinker and now my doc tells me to stay off the vino too. But I always enjoyed a Pilsner or three on my couple dozen trips to Germany.

I wasn't impressed at all with the team today, however I have to believe we didn't show a lot that Florida and other teams can use to their advantage on film study this week.
Yup. You should be able to play absolute vanilla against Austin Peay and still win by 40. In addition, the very fact that we were playing vanilla makes our failure to cleanly execute the easy part of our playbook doubly concerning

Give your taste buds something to get excited about. Give Kentucky Bourbon Ale and Dragon's Milk a try.

Pils und Weißbiers Are my favorites. I limit myself to one a week. And yes, there is something magical about the biers actually served on tap in Deutschland. They must keep the really good stuff there and send the rejects to us
