It seems the court disagrees with you and he was being held to a higher standard. But I'm sure the court was just wrong and in no way were they actually discriminating against Asian candidates and giving preferential treatment to non-Asian students....even though even the dissenting opinion from Sotomayor openly agrees that it is happening and it's a good thing in her opinion. But I'm sure even the left wing court members are simply mistaken and just don't understand the issue to the level that you do.

Ezra Miller is one of my favorite examples of the absurdity of trans ideology.

The man says he’s neither male, nor female, and not even sure if he’s human (his actual claim); also claims to be Jesus, the devil, and the next messiah. He also has had “issues with mental health” (most likely schizophrenia), was on video strangling A woman, assaulted someone at a bar, accused the police of committing a hate crime while arresting him for assault because he was “misgendered”, allegations of grooming multiple children, threatened to murder a couple he was staying with, etc

But he still stars in blockbuster films because he’s a non binary person who dates a fat Native American activist (a relationship that started when she was 12 and he was 23). As long as you have the right politics then media and our institutions in general will 100% protect you and in no way can anyone ever assume your “gender identity” is just another manifestation of your schizophrenia no different than his claims to be Jesus and satan

Did you watch that YouTube documentary on him too? I feel like it covered every single one of these topics you mentioned.

That kid is deranged. Though, to answer your question.... he gets blockbuster roles because he is a talented actor. Plenty of artists/people in entertainment who do terrible things get a pass and it often takes years, even decades for their behavior to catch up with them. Usually around the time that they've seen their best work behind them.

Never heard of the Liminal Plan but going to check it out. I think this country desperately needs to be brought back to center instead of where the last 3 POTUS' have taken it.

Lol at making the body that authored the Dred Scott decision the authority on discrimination. Point me to where Sotomayor is encouraging discrimination against Asians, I’m sure this will go the same way as your legal forays into assault and battery did

Encouraging? Is that the standard. You claimed Asians were being held to the same standard and not being held to higher standards according to their race, just that they weren’t doing as well in areas other than academics (volunteer hours, interviews, etc).

Sotomayor openly says this is a situation of differing standards but that different standards are necessary.

Literally every person but you, realizes Harvard was discriminating against Asians. The question was “are discriminatory practices justified”. Not “are they occurring”. If they weren’t occurring an end to race based college entry wouldn’t what both sides the dissent and the majority opinion and literally every headline about the case are about.

It’s literally just you who doesn’t understand this
