The read option

The keep always looks more open than it really is. I beat if you slow it down and watch it again, the DE slow played the qb and then feel inside when he saw the ball.
Watch that play on Butch's show tomorrow. Worley could have walked into the endzone.

Tim Tebow, Cam Newton, and Johnny Manziel, along with Clemson and Louisville teams that recently beat top SEC teams...

All disagree with you

Ok. We have Worley not tebow or any of the others. All those guys are very rare guys

I'm honestly getting pissed with this game plan. If he's not going to keep it at least 25% of the time, no team takes it seriously, so STOP RUNNING THE MOTHER%#*^IN' PLAY! Unreal that our coaches haven't figured this out.

Reminder for the rest of the year and next..as long as Worley is the starter there probably won't be much read or option in the read option. Suck it up.

You can run it with a read option QB. Worley is not it. He fakes the hand off and they know he is not going to keep it and run. It fools no one.

He's got to run it. He CAN run it enough to make it work. He isn't running it.

We have to run the ball. It's a run play wherher Worley keeps or not. What are you suggesting, I formation?

I see no other explanation than he doesn't want to take the hit. It is what it is I guess.

This is the 112th time I've read this.

Get ready for thread 113 if he doesn't keep a few of these. He's killing our running game by not keeping the defense honest. I've seen 3 times for sure he would've converted 3rd downs if he'd actually read the play and kept the ball. It's incredibly frustrating.

Obviously not the problem.

Yes it is. We,have three points. There have been times that if he kept it we would have gotten yards. Plus is stretches the d.

Its not where u are but where u want ur team to be...and thats better.

I have read this about a thousand times. STFU already.

If you do not reading what people have to say, then maybe you should stay of of a message board. Just because you do not agree with others, it does not require ignorant comments like yours.

When I posted that I meant our rushing game isn't the issue. I'm not denying it woukd be nice to see Worley keep it every now and then.

I have no idea why Worley won't run it more. He has the ability. I honestly believe the kid is just scared of contact.

Glad you put the may in there.... We'd have still been blown out by Oregon. Probably only 3 tds or so, but still blown out.

We do not have the players to run his offense, but it appears CBJ is too stubborn to realize this.
