You OU fans have to be the classiest, most respectful fans I've seen on here and you've probably been the best of em. Appreciate the thoughts and kind words for our beloved Vols. I've never entertained the idea of ever pulling for a college football team other than Tennessee. Thinkin' I could bust out a quick "Boomer Sooner" for you guys until next September 😊. Good luck and go beat TCU next week.

Now that's class and thanks...I always liked the Sooners but seeing how nice the fans are its hard to not root for them.

Sooner fans have proven themselves to be the classiest fanbase to ever have come into VN. I definitely have a new #2 favorite team.

DTW I went on their site and posted some before we played them and they were classy then as well. No real trash talk and were nice enough to the few visiting vol fans that I saw post as well. Had some fun with us but nothing disrespectful. I have no problem with our winning games making them look better. If they win out and we win a bunch it makes our early season effort on the road with bunch of true freshman that much more impressive as well. It works both ways. Next year after we beat them at Neyland I want them to win out to make our victory look better too. So, don't sweat it, we help them this year and they help us next year.

IT IS A GREAT DAY TO BE A TENNESSEE VOL!

Biggest thing a win tomorrow would do is open some recruits eyes. It would put us on the radar for a lot more talent.

I like it when other teams fans get on VolNation and give kudos to our team. Normally it's a bunch of a$$es just trying to pick a fight. It's actually nice for a change!

Another Sooner fan here to say I will be watching the game and rooting for UT as well. I've always liked UT and have watched your team for years. I like Stanford as well. Part of the reason is because UT (and their fans) don't come across as the typical SEC team or fans. UT doesn't ride the SEC champions coat tails and stand on their own. You guys are in a similar situation that OU was in when Stoops took over. You guys have the pieces in place and it's about to come together. Now whip dey azz!!!!!

After Stoops sought out Worley to tell him he played a hell of a game...

After having run the wishbone on the old NCAA games with OK...

Yeah, I'm with you. I have new found respect for that program.

We were a few plays away from beating Oklahoma! So you have to be excited about this game and really believe we have a chance here! Oklahoma is alot better team then Georgia! So if tennessee lays the hammer on Georgia's running game and we can protect Worley we will win! Go Vols!!!

I agree that you were only a few plays away and I saw great athletes all over the field. Georgia is good but will be surprised by your physicality. Worley is the toughest QB I have seen in a while.

Other than UT, I wouldn't mind seeing a Oklahoma-Oregon Championship game. Both teams deserve their shot and as long as it's not Bama...

Hopefully, we can pull it together because . . . Holy crap, Croom actually made a play in the end zone! Still need to adjust on defense, but that gives us some life!!!!!
