Ummmm.... the debt under Trump is exploding upward
I don’t think I have shared my opinion on the matter but you just go ahead and make assumptions. I don’t think highly of the judge or of Stone. You and others constantly blame people for making false claims on here but you do the exact same thing. Enjoy your hypocrisy, heck embrace it.
Barr wasn't right, the judge just went with his recommendation. You know the recommendation of the Attorney General.
Save it for the lawyers and "Professionals" that disagree with Barr, which is almost all of them.
1 not a bit.1. You are now accusing the judge of being controlled by Barr
2. You are conflating reaction to HOW Barr handled this situation with whether or not the original recommendation of 7-9 was appropriate. Most of the disagreement is with how; not with the substance of the recommendation.
1 not a bit.
2 I'm not conflating anything. the original recommendation was inline with previous sentences for such crimes. You're just trying to conflate it.
1. No I didn't. She did what most judges would do when the Attorney General makes a recommendation. Not what you want to characterize as "being Controlled by Barr".1. When you say she chose the sentence because that's what Barr recommended your are saying that
2. The original recommendation was NOT in line with previous sentences for such crimes for someone with no criminal history. It simply wasn't and plenty of people have pointed that out.
