He's and his ilk are for "draining the swamp" as long as the drain filters out Donnies lizard buddies. It's a catchy phrase they like to employ selectively when it's convenient otherwise it's a "witchunt" that is always "unfair".

No. No, he's not.

None of them are. They have convinced themselves that lying under oath and obstruction is justified because of <insert mental gymnastic here>. Circling the wagons and internally rationalizing is the only defense mechanism they have left. They are all ride or die with Trump, no matter what. Reasonable or rational though be damned.

He wasn’t pardoned. Pardoned would mean he was guilty. His sentence was set aside. It’s a distinction that allows Stone to continue to Actively prove his innocence.

It's not like they're releasing murderers, and most have served most of their sentence anyway. From the article you linked:
To be eligible for release, inmates must have a year or less time to serve in their sentences, and must not be serving for domestic violence or a violent crime. They also must have no current or prior sentences that require a sex offender registration, and must not be considered at high risk for violence. Those over 30 years of age who are eligible will immediately be considered, while those ages 29 and under will have their release considered on a case-by-case basis.

So for the most part they served their time. Cant say that about Stone. Only reason he is getting out is because he's buddies with a corrupt President.
