Any of you runners do specific exercises for (to help with) running? I don't care if you particularly like them or not lol, as long as you think the exercises are helpful.
And I would say I generally mean strength training related things (besides somebody simply recommending to "do squats"), but other types of (targeted) activities to help with the legs/core/etc. that will be used/abused while running are welcome.
Getting into it again and always like to hear what works or doesn't for other people, what helps prevent injuries, etc.
