The SEC Is Bad.

On behalf of the Gators and the rest of the SEC, I apologize in advance for not giving the Vols the competition they need to be tournament-tough come March.

I see them being no better than 5th in the East, honestly. I guess we'll see.
How do you see it?

I see it as:
1. Tennessee
2. Kentucky
3. Florida
4. USC
5. Vanderbilt
6. Georgia

4 and 5 can be interchangeable but I wasn't impressed with Vanderbilt when I saw them in Nashville. I may and will probably be wrong, but as of right now I see it this way.

Mississippi State lost at home in OT to San Diego.

Other than UT, UK, and sometimes Arky, nobody in the SEC has anything resembling a home-court advantage prior to conference play. I watch the games on CSS and Fox Sports, and it looks like nobody's there. If they could get a few 1,000 additional fans in there, those other teams probably wouldn't lose so many OOC home games.

The first 3 are a toss up.
Then I got
1.LSU
2.Mississippi State
3.Arkansas
4.Alabama
5.Ole Miss
6.Auburn

South Carolina has retained some of its more productive players from last year, but if they finish above Vanderbilt then Darrin Horn will be even better than I thought. I will say that on about any of eight teams in the SEC Downey could make a strong push to be in the top 3 of SEC POY candidates.

South Carolina will finish no worse than 3rd in the east

Are you being serious? There's no way Kentucky finishes that low or that Ole Miss finishes that high.

sure there is, kentucky does not have the quality guard play that they had a year ago to turn a 180 in the 2nd half of the season.. sure they have meeks but im almost convinced that you could put 3 players on him and guard patterson man to man and not be hurt too much by kentucky

Liggins has showed flashes of greatness. Harris and Stevenson down low are capable of stepping up at times. There's no way Kentucky's out of the top 3 overall in the SEC, much less the East.

Stevenson played the games of his life last year against us. I think you have to guard everyone on Kentucky with the exception of Porter.
