Burden is light years ahead of anybody on UKs roster. They have an underrated run game and Brady Cook might be having the best season of any QB in the SEC. They’ll be a challenge for us. More so than UK.
We get to play on offense too.

The only analysis of that game that I'm seeing concerns their offense vs our defense. I think that's a little strange considering the fact that we've scored 66 points the last two times we've played them .... and they gave up 49 points to LSU at home earlier this season.

This forum tends to focus only on our weaknesses, and the potentially bad matchups resulting from them. Virtually no time at all is ever spent discussing our opponent's weaknesses and how we can exploit them. I don't think they will be able to stop our ground game.

I suspect that most of the people picking Missouri to win have not actually seen them play. Let's see how well they do this coming Saturday .... I think they get dump trucked.

Anyone else want kiffin in the sec championship. We owe that guy
It could actually happen. If we win out and uga loses to either Ole Miss or Mizzou, we are in. Then if bama loses to LSU and Auburn, and Ole Miss wins out, they are in.

Is it likely? No! But still possible. :)

Sagarin computer rankings are like RPI, they are not fully accurate until the full schedule is played out. Good rankings for a 12-game completed schedule but not for mid-season comparisons.

I think the key to our defense is pressuring the QB. Our defense has looked elite when we get pressure like the South Carolina game, A&M, and the 1st half of the Bama game. Against Kentucky and the 2nd half of the Bama game, we couldn't generate any pressure pretty much regardless of blitzing or not. Missouri has a good offensive line, as they've only give up 13 sacks all year, which is 1 more than Kentucky. They also have a really good RB, who is actually 2nd in the SEC in yards. The good thing is we just played number 1 in yards and dominated him. I think we can handle the run, but a dynamic QB has given us fits. It'll be a tough game, but I don't think they can stop our rushing attack, and Milton seems like he is rounding into form.

For those talking Mizzou up... who would you consider their "best win" so far this year? Who have they beaten that just screams, "Wow, they're great?"

Mizzou ALWAYS plays a weak early schedule. Their West rival is Arkansas. There is always a chance for them to make it late in the season with a good record.

Unfortunately you are right here. Burden is one of the best WRs in the nation. I don’t think Cook is quite as good as you think but he is definitely better than anyone thought he would be. Their RB Schader is no joke either. As much ad I hate to admit it, Missouri could easily beat us if we don’t bring our absolute best game.

I mean they lost to LSU but it was a good game. Beat KSU, Kentucky and embarrassed Carolina. Idk that they’re a “great” team. I just worry about that matchup. Cook is pretty good and our secondary hasn’t been. Imo it’s a bad matchup for us on the road.
