That's a fine position to take, and in the end it is the coach's responsibility to bring in good players. If you want to take the position that the buck stops with the coach, I can respect that.

But at the same time, if you're aiming for reality and an explanation of what's really wrong, then your blame-the-coach-always position wouldn't really be helpful. Clearly even the greatest coaches have bad years, and sometimes it's not their fault.

We really beat a team by 6 (and were lucky at that) and got outrebounded by a team that lost to OSU by 60. 60! How is it even possible that we could only beat this team by 6!?
We are really bad right now and look a hell of a lot like an NIT team right now. We go 2-6 with CBP out.
