The defensive effort is flat out horrendous. I've never seen a team play man to man as loosely as they do. There is no fighting through screens. It half way looks like a match up zone there is so little movement. Half the defenders don't leave the paint. Then we can't get a rebound. Pitiful. Just pitiful.

Having Pearl on the floor in the closing minutes shows me where Coach Pearl's priorities are. You are fighting for a win against a team worse than the UNNC team they already lost to, and Steve is out there as a complete liability. On TV they showed the UTM coach yelling during UTM's free throws to foul 22. If they had taken his coaching, I fully expected Pearl to toe the line and fire a granny shot.

We are rotating way too much IMO and we have NO ONE that can shoot anyone out of the zone...We can not play against the zone at all and Bruce better find a big time shooter or this is gonna be as good as it gets.

We really beat a team by 6 (and were lucky at that) and got outrebounded by a team that lost to OSU by 60. 60! How is it even possible that we could only beat this team by 6!?
We are really bad right now and look a hell of a lot like an NIT team right now. We go 2-6 with CBP out.

To be honest, I don't think we even look like an NIT team right now. We look awful. These teams we are struggling with are nowhere near NIT teams.
