You lost another case this week. This time the judge let Lake's lawyers improperly admit evidence, claim things were evidence that weren't and even let them admit evidence outside of proper procedure and yet SHE LOST.

Just like every trial on voter fraud, the Repubs lost. With Repub appointed and elected judges, you've lost. With Trump appointed judges, you've lost. But you're ready to start a revolution, which means killing other Americans because you can't come to grips with the fact you guys got your heads handed to you by Biden.

People who are hospitalized, disabled, shut in, unable to drive, out of state or country for an extended period are allowed to vote. If these people can vote absentee why can't everyone else if they want to?

In all the years republicans have been squawking about massive voter fraud they haven't been able to fill a school bus with those actually convicted. Not to mention their civil court cases have been tossed out one after another.

Absentee ballots that are requested by voters which are more controlled over a universal mail out of ballots to anyone, everyone.

Democrats have gone to court to stop election audits and corrupt judges have been throwing out cases as just seen in Arizona.

Elections, by law, are to be done in a way which they can be audited. I have yet to see anyone on this forum or any Democrat anywhere who has in their possession audit of ballots, forensic audit of computers, etc from GA, MI, WI, PA, NV, etc that prove conclusively every ballot cast was legit. Just claiming there was no fraud does not prove it. People have a right to question the validity of elections and deserve fair detailed audits of everything without Democrats and corrupt judges standing in the way of any audit in any state.

Unless you are out of your district due to .gov service that will not allow you to return for the election you have no excuse not to vote in person. Almost every state (except for some blue ones) have early voting so you can't tell me a motivated person can't make arraignments.

Yeah, you make arrangements, I'll just drop mine in the mail. Until voter fraud becomes a real thing no reason not to.

How do they do it in Alabama? In TN I have to request a mail-in ballot which I did in 2020. Mass wholesale mailing of ballots to every registered voter might as well be voter fraud.

A voter may cast an absentee ballot if he or she
  • EXPECTS TO BE ABSENT FROM THE COUNTY on election day

It's all a massive GOP ruse. Under the guise of protecting the integrity of our elections, Republicans are trying to wrest power away from state election officials so that they can cheat and throw out Democratic votes. The party, tired of losing, is turning toward fascism.

There is a process by which one can request an absentee ballot. Which is very different than just deciding to mail ballots to everyone regardless of whether or not they asked for one

Gov. Katie Hobbs's (D-AZ) chief of staff resigned Thursday in the latest high-profile resignation to plague her administration.

Allie Bones was a longtime friend and staffer of Hobbs, according to the Washington Post. She had served as chief of staff since Jan. 2.


The resignation comes after that of Hobbs's press secretary, who came under fire for Twitter posts seemingly threatening "transphobes" with violence following the massacre of Christian schoolchildren and staff by a transgender shooter.

I voted absentee several times when I was in college. Didn't really feel like campus was my residence, didn't have a car the whole time I was there and couldnt get back to early vote, so I voted absentee. Guess I'm a fraudster. Come and get me.

Edit: should clarify, was trying to say I didn't have a car part of the time I was in college.

We need to make mail in voting more secure if it's going to be done. Signatures are laughable. Make people register their thumb prints if they want to vote absentee. Thumbprint required for the vote to be counted. Problem solved.
