He still could not legally buy one from a dealer, regardless of whether or not he bought it from a dealer at a gun show or not. The term "gun show loophole" is a huge misnomer. The practice in question does not take place only at gun shows, and to call it a "loophole" is questionable.

The thought that someone practicing law has such a flippant disregard for the clear provisions of the Constitution is frankly freighting to me
