That's a procedure that generates a ton of long term hormonal side effects. Not to mention it has just as short a termination window as a morning after pill. There's a reason one is way more common a solution than the other. I'm more than familiar with how they work.

Why would we compare birth control pills to anything? The conversation is about rape victims.
