The Supreme Court of the United States Thread

Yeahhhh!!! Give us that extra pollution!! Bring on the smog!!! That'll show em

You miss the point. It’s not about pro or anti pollution. It’s about restricting what unelected and often nameless bureaucrats can foist upon the American people.

This isn’t pro republican or pro democrat. It comes down to limiting the power of the federal government.

I hope this trend continues.

Has anybody actually read the ruling yet to ensure that the justices applied this opinion broadly rather than limiting it to only this specific case? While this opinon could still be used to support arguments in other cases, a broad application of this opinion is critical to its ultimate level of impact.

From a musician that had an album called Dookie....and American Idiot

Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong says he's renouncing his US citizenship: 'F--- America'

"F--- America, I’m f---ing renouncing my citizenship," Armstrong said. "I’m f---ing coming here." "There’s just too much f---ing stupid in the world to go back to that miserable f---ing excuse for a country," Armstrong added.
To a country that has stricter regulation on abortion than America did. He's a blithering idiot. I'm not sure why we care so much or are surprised when entertainers expose themselves as shallow.

A friend of mine is going through it now, will see what he says. Early indications are that it is fairly broad.

I have not read it. That’s a good point. I’m assuming it’s rather broad and would apply to any big decision such as the one made by EPA
burócratas.
