My friend and I are going to go to the Swamp for the game this year. Our wives want to come as well.

I've heard stories about the Swamp, and want to hear you guys advice on taking the wives into enemy territory. Fine? Ill advised? Experience?

I went there the last time we played there. Fans weren't bad at all. To this day, Georgia is the worst away game experience I've had with opposing fans.

I agree 100%. Definitely will not go back to UGA unless it's with a large group of Vol fans.

I have been the last two times UT has played and lost at Florida with no problems with the fans. This year may be a different if we beat them. Best advice is to drink lots of water, have a couple of alcoholic drinks but keep a sober mind.

I have not been since 95. We had fun. They are like we used to be. Confident they will win. Cocky and arrogant but I reckon they have earned that right. Don't go to the purple porous across the street. It's full of drunks. Have fun!!

The closest quality titty bar is in Tampa, so, yeah, you can take the wives to Gangsville.
