So I bought a 10 game "mini" season ticket package this year and it included an extra bonus game for the home opener Friday. I'm pretty excited. My friend who talked me into getting the tickets is a local guy and a huge fan. We are going to start tailgating very early for a 1 o'clock game.

I also have a ticket for Sunday's game. Yu is the expected started according to the website. Boom

Nice little 3 game sweep of the Red Sox and the Rangers are now tied for the best record in baseball.

Some friends of ours invited my wife and me to the game Saturday night. Our seats were ridiculously good. Just up the third base line from home plate 13 rows up. Good times.

A week ago Monday the Rangers were 6 games out of first place. After sweeping the Angels twice (lol) and taking 2 out of 3 from the A's, they are now tied for first.
