NFL ticket sales at TickPick slumped 17.9 percent this week compared with the prior week, their steepest decline since 2014, while sales at TicketCity plunged 31 percent. For pro football games in September, ticket sales at TicketCity are down 16 percent from a year ago. TickPick's NFL sales rose this month, but by the smallest margin since 2015. The vendors' data reflect tickets sold in the secondary market, as opposed to direct sales from NFL teams.

The slump in ticket sales underscores the pressure facing the NFL over the anthem protests, which were started last year by former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick. The league's television ratings also appear affected, with viewership down 11 percent so far this season and some fans are calling for a boycott of the NFL's corporate partners.

"There are people who are saying that this is my form of entertainment and I don't want politics in my entertainment," said TickPick co-CEO Brett Goldberg, emphasizing that he doesn't personally share that viewpoint, in an interview.

Well, what I am doing is boycotting the NFL.

- Spike Lee said the NFL is racist and they are bunch of slave owners, he said to boycott the NFL.
- Military personnel say the NFL hates the military, they say to boycott the NFL
- The police say the NFL supports cop-killer mentality, they say to boycott the NFL.
- The players say, if you don't like the kneeing, to go ahead and boycott the NFL.
- Americans say that the NFL is nothing but a bunch of criminal thugs that hate their country, they say to boycott the NFL.
- The taxpayer say why is the country giving millionaire/billionaires welfare payments, they say to boycott the NFL.
- The capitalist say why does the NFL have an anti-trust exemption, they say to boycott the NFL.

Can't we all agree that the NFL is bad and everyone should boycott? I'm not sure how much more proof there needs to be.

Well, im retired military, police officer, American, taxpayer and capitalist and i say Go Titans.

As long as they dont pull that crap they did again this week, but from what i hear they wont so Go titans

I never said I knew "all", I said "many". He seemed to know what all of their intentions are. I suspect the rest are racist and hate Orange people.

He's still butthurt over the fact that he thought the USFL compete with the NFL and was proven horribly wrong. He single handedly ruined that league. One of the worst decisions ever made really. Had he not done that we would have football in the off-season. Such a moron.
