The Tiger Woods saga

I'm ready for him to come back
I think he'll do well this year

I am too. He's good for the Tour.

But I don't want to hear all the garbage that would come if he made his debut at the Masters. Get that stuff out of the way at Bay Hill.
He gets enough pub as it is.

We won't hear it after Friday afternoon if it is, in fact, his first tournament back and he goes 76-74-MC.

We'd hear it all week leading up to it.

And I seriously doubt he misses a cut at Augusta. He may be rusty. But he won't be that rusty.

he's getting tuned up with Hank
now he can focus all that energy into golf
imagine the burden, that's been lifted from the man
he no longer has to juggle a dozen or so mistresses

"The Masters is where I won my first major and I view this tournament with great respect," Woods said Tuesday in a statement. "After a long and necessary time away from the game, I feel like I'm ready to start my season at Augusta. The major championships have always been a special focus in my career and, as a professional, I think Augusta is where I need to be, even though it's been a while since I last played."

ESPN just cant control their excitement!! They got the first two rounds of Tiger Returnth.

Really if you think about this mess, Tiger has only missed, what, 4 tournaments he usually plays in??

Jesper said no big suprise about Tiger playing the Masters. Think no pro is suprised.

I'm glad he's coming back, but think it should be prior to Augusta
granted the control Augusta National has over the Master's is iron clad, it's still going to be a Media circus

He should play one before the Master's so the media can get their opening shots out of the way

We'd hear it all week leading up to it.

And I seriously doubt he misses a cut at Augusta. He may be rusty. But he won't be that rusty.

I was exaggerating a bit; he'll most likely make the cut by force of will alone, and Augusta sets up unbelievably well for his game. But I don't think it's possible for him to win, or even seriously contend. It's just asking too much. The oddsmakers are going to have a field day with this.
