There was a dog featured on the news last night, so cute! I decided to go to the website to check out more information - blue tick mix. I want her! :cray:

Mornin' y'all. Got word yesterday they are planning on just running two of us in the parts department for "awhile" and then they will give me job. Not sure if I trust that and not sure how long "awhile" is.

Determine how long is long enough for you and start looking for another job.

While immediate is what you'd want, I still think that is good news. They could have easily just said running two of you and that's it. Id monitor what you are doing to convince them they need to give you that job sooner than later.

Trying to look at things in a positive light, it's just been a stressful week.

I know why they aren't filling the position right away and that's because the Parts Manager's pay comes out of the Parts and Service Directors pay. He is trying to save money while padding his back pocket. And I understand that. I just don't want to be asked to do something without being compensated for it.
