But since it's your special day and all, I suppose I will omit the Velveeta even though the sound majority of the planet probably thinks your nuts since you don't like it.

Messy... yes. Timing comsuming... maybe a little but the taste is well worth it. We bought the 18 inch (I think) Weber charcoal last year before summer and we haven't looked back. A lot of times we will grill chicken on Sunday for the week so we don't have to mess with it during the week.
