Definitely a tricky situation. Don't want to come off as making an ultimatum, but some step has to be made to show how serious you are. Are you looking at other job opportunities now or waiting to see what happens with this job?

Well with all that has gone on I was hoping that with the parts manager getting fired it would give me the opportunity to grow in the company. And at the begining it looked like that's where it was headed. Now, I am not so sure. I am getting more frustrated by the minute. I asked again today about what their plan was for getting help in here and when they were planning on setting up my new pay plan and they keep giving me the run around. It's very disrespectful to me.

Its hard to do with wine since I will only drink a glass or two, but when I go to a wine festival, it is easy to do, free for all of tasting so much wine.

Well the better half came over last night and I cooked a nice dinner for us and we had wine. Well after dinner we had more wine, and the next thing I know there were several bottles empty.
