We saw some more houses this weekend. Loved parts of each house, just not the one for any of them. We are very anxious to see a house that was just listed in the neighborhood that has the house that is way overpriced. This house though is priced right. Our realtor has been trying since Saturday to book with no luck, not sure what the deal is. Crossing our fingers we can see it tonight.

It is on the swing from buyers to sellers, at least here. It is still good with pricing for buyers (selling less than what buyers paid), but houses are not staying on the market. Our realtor told us last week she had a house on the market on Thursday, had 12-13 showings that day, 5 offers that same day. She said it has gone from a 12-15 month supply to 3-4 month supply of houses.

Doing good man. Wish they would act more like me though.:whistling: Things have been crazy busy. I haven't had a lot of free time at work and dont' feel like posting when I'm off. Living the dream!

How about you? Your company seeing things your way?

Not yet. They are still working on getting some help. Still haven't gotten my new pay plan together. I am going to give them through the end of next week to get things figured out and if they don't have something by then I am going to stop doing anything outside of what my current pay plan requires. And the only reason I am giving them that long is because I have some days off scheduled for a friends wedding between now and then.

Pork steaks, collard greens, and mashed potatoes for dinner. Then the Voice at 8pm. My kind of night. Specially since it's FREEZING outside!
