I really think one place BP may end up at is Boston College. Especially because 3 of their best players are considering leaving the school, I'm sure BP could keep them around and that is where he is originally from. I don't think he ends up at Auburn, too tough of a job, and considering he turned down one job already apparently, no way he ends up there IMO.

Let them have him. He won't win there. No one will. Who wants to go to Cow College to play basketball? As long as they have winning football, their fans won't care about anything else.

Maybe I'm missing something, but what's the UA and basketball issue?

What does that mean....bp will be coaching somewhere next year. I hope its BC or any school not in the sec

He has said that he wants to go to a school that is used to winning championships and knows what that means! Auburn has two national football championships recently. They also have a brand new $86 million basketball facility. The job is open and Tennessee appears to be in the NCAA.

LOL at Pearl going to Auburn. If his market is anywhere near as flush as some seem to think it is, he isn't going to go there. He will have much better opportunities. Personally, I can see him staying out of coaching for another year to fully take advantage of an entire offseason for recruiting purposes. He cannot recruit until August of 2014 as of now, so any team that hires him is essentially sacrificing the spring and summer recruiting periods to do so, and this hurts the school and Pearl.

Now for the conspiracy part. If his genuine desire is to come back to Tennessee, then he waits until next season, watches Martin fall flat on his face with an almost entirely new starting five, and waits for the call at seasons end when UT pulls the plug on Martin.

The #BBB crowd will enjoy that thought.

I am guessing its just the young man (incorrectly) thinking if they were under Nike that the athletic program would all of a sudden have tons of money to invest in basketball.

I think it's because they are at a disadvantage due to all the AAU/Nike camps/etc stuff. I don't know specifics but it seems as much as people thought we were at a disadvantage because we were an Adidas school, it would be even worse if we were UA.

Think we want Mizzou here. A win here and loss to UF might help them sneak into the Top 50 RPI. While I don't think there's a chance TAMU breaks 100

Of course Space misses an open 3 late in the game. Those shots only go in when he plays UT...

Florida should be happy either way. Their opponent going to multiple OTs. Hopefully USC/Arkansas goes to 8OT
