DD, the ribs and BBQ turned out well. I have a suggestion for you, next time you fire the smoker up. Instead of doing 2 Boston butts, throw in 1 butt and 1 picnic. The picnic is a little leaner and when chopped and mixed together they are great.

After 5hrs in the smoker and 2 hrs wrapped in foil in the oven, the ribs were fall off the bone tender. You couldn't make a straight cut without them tearing.

Is that considered a quick service or table service? Do they serve chicken? I'll keep it in mind. I didn't see much to eat at Magic Kingdom that really stuck out.
