Few random things going back through this thread reminded me.

Jhen at one point was the original posting machine, but he actually told you his story if you listened and paid attention. Lessons can be learned if you wanna run the post pad route.

VIF always seemed like a tough dude but he's a chatty Cathy, if you let him and he's funny.

Not to take anything away from anyone else that posted in here just a couple things that jumped out tonight.

I left at a tough time in my life and stayed away because it seemed easier. Truthfully I did need to reprioritize. You guys truly helped me enjoy my life though, by sharing it. Even if it was a distraction. I appreciate that more now than I did then.

DD, the ribs and BBQ turned out well. I have a suggestion for you, next time you fire the smoker up. Instead of doing 2 Boston butts, throw in 1 butt and 1 picnic. The picnic is a little leaner and when chopped and mixed together they are great.
