Protein- Optimum Nutrition
Creatine- Green Mag
Vitamin- there are better ones but really any IMO
PWO- coffee, don't waste your money
All JMO imo tho
if you don't like coffee, don't drink. I just think pre-workouts are usually a waste. Being as your probably around 21 and not putting in strenuous labor during the day, you shouldn't need it IMO.Is that all you would take? A pre-workout before starting to lift and then protein post-workout?
I guess you would just take a vitamin once a day whenever, but when would one take creatine? Before or after workout?
And I have tried the ON Protein before and was a big fan so I think I will definitely stick with that. I'll make sure to look into a vitamin and the Green Mag Creiatine. And are you serious about coffee? I have never been a fan, but if you are serious about it I can take one for the team and do that.
Just a cup of black coffee before the workout and go?

Okay thanks. The only thing being strenuously worked is my brain. I normally have plenty of energy to workout during the school year. The only time I feel like I need a PWO or a boost of energy is during the summer when I do work all day. So that makes sense.
If you were going to take a PWO though, which one would you recommend?
Hey lifters, I've heard ab/core work can be done every day. As opposed to other muscle groups that require time to repair when you're strength training. I'm guessing its because core work doesn't involve as much resistance, so it's not that much different than using your legs to walk every day or whatever? Is that accurate?
Also I will add doing sit ups will not make your belly go away that is by doing cardio. You can build muscle in a certain area but it's hard to pinpoint fat loss.
