When do you guys take breaks? I'm about through with week 9, and I'm wondering if I should take next week off. How long do you break? Do you do any low intensity work over your breaks, or do you just simply rest?

What does "let my body tell me" mean, though? Do you start to notice that you aren't making gains anymore? Are you more fatigued?
I don't even know what melatonin is.
I'm off to do some squats and lunges. Hopefully, I'll survive.
