The Weightlifters Thread

Just had the best workout I've had in a long while. No caffeine or any pre workout supplements. Just balls out. Unexpected, because I felt so mentally exhausted on my drive to the gym I thought it would be a terrible workout.

I am getting some pretty decent shoulder discomfort, though.

I have not taken a pre-workout supp in forever. All I need is a good meal about an hour to an hour and a half before my workout.
 
Ugh. I can't eat before a hard workout. I take a protein shake about 20 minutes before, and then eat as soon afterward as I stop feeling nauseous.
