The Weightlifters Thread

Did legs today. It was a good day. Just getting over some of the funk that's been going around here. Managed not to get terribly sick, but I've been a mouth breather for the past few days.
 
I have to try and fit legs in today after work. It's hard to motivate yourself on a Friday. Lucky for me that after today I'm off work until Jan. 2nd. I'm planning on rolling through the holidays pulling two-a-days.

Not pulling 2 a days but I am off work till Jan. 3rd. Cant Wait! Beast Mode.
 
Been working crazy hours with accounting on year end stuff. Hadn't had time to go to the gym, but I look better because I haven't had time to eat my ass off either, LOL.
 
After 2 weeks of soreness workouts.....getting started back....I hit the big gym Saturday and did Chest....Sunday I hit Back hard with a lot of pull ups and deadlifts....

Chest is really sore...I did decline bench 5x5 and finished with 405 as my last set and got it....not bad considering I havent lifted more than 225 since July...just push ups every other night....

I started a new supplement stack Saturday also.....on Tigerfitness.com I bought the Muscle Pharm Swole Stack.....everything tastes good and it seems to work...but way too early to judge....

What supps are the rest of ya taking....legal that is....I have no qualms with steroids just dont think it should be discussed here.....I wont confirm nor deny whether I have tried them :)

That is awesome dude. I just take whey protein, BCAA/s, creatine monohydrate, fish oils and multi-vitamins. Also, some dextrose with my post workout shake.

Post - Myozene

I eat a pretty healthy and balanced diet so no need for a lot of vitamin supplements.
