After 2 weeks of soreness workouts.....getting started back....I hit the big gym Saturday and did Chest....Sunday I hit Back hard with a lot of pull ups and deadlifts....
Chest is really sore...I did decline bench 5x5 and finished with 405 as my last set and got it....not bad considering I havent lifted more than 225 since July...just push ups every other night....
I started a new supplement stack Saturday also.....on Tigerfitness.com I bought the Muscle Pharm Swole Stack.....everything tastes good and it seems to work...but way too early to judge....
What supps are the rest of ya taking....legal that is....I have no qualms with steroids just dont think it should be discussed here.....I wont confirm nor deny whether I have tried them
