Isn't it slightly racist to say we need a black guy on the staff because black kids don't relate well with white guys?

No more so than saying that our staff is the smartest because we have the most white guys

Didn't God create all man equal? Honor, integrity, knowing right from wrong knows not the color of skin

Only humans distinguish the difference

It's a well known thing staffs were using this against us with recruiting. There's a reason CBJ was looking to add diversity with this hire.

Don't take it for more than what it is.

We should just hire two brothers, as a compromise. Like our version of the Harbaugh brothers.

It would have been really easy for other sec coaches to point that out to parents and athletes. Then you would be complaining that CBJ isnt the guy cause he is being out recruited. Heck a lot of player went down to TAMU because Sumlin is black. It's almost af if some of you think the south has changed

And all staffs need diversity. Period.

Wrong my politically correct robot...

Staffs need to hire the most talented, able to coach, able to relate, able to inspire, ethical coaches that are available regardless of color.

If you're interested in MLK, he said its not the color of your skin, but the content of your character that matters.

A token is a token regardless of intentions. No one wants to be a token.
