Nope. It's simply a statement, which holds a great deal of truth in many regards. Especially with many of the kids who compete in the SEC.

I don't disagree with this but here is food for thought. How are black coaches supposed to break through the boys club and get the experience required to be considered the most talented?

Why are black head coaches underrepresented? Because there aren't as many black coordinators that serve as the main hiring pool. Why not? Because there is a lack of representation in the other asst pools. They have to get in somewhere in order to become experienced coaches. In other words, we want to always hire the most experienced and qualified, but have a system that favors white coaches for experience. Becomes a self fulfilling cycle.

Disagree all you want saban isn't the only guy recruiting man. Believe me Saban ain't taking is himself down into the hoods in Florida or Alabama to recruit anyone. In the hood the only time you see white folks is if they are Junkies or if they are five oh aka the police

It is not still the same. We've made great strides. There is still work to be done on both sides, but...
