I never believed I would ever meet a group of fans I have as little regard for as I do Auburn fans. Little did I know that Wichita State fans were the most clueless, delusional, and moronic bunch of hayseeds of all time. They all showed up in Vegas dressed like a bunch of extras from Swingers. Then, they proceeded to announce how they were there to show everybody how things are done "Shocker Style." Needless to say, between seeing some New Mexico fans beat Shocker fans about the head and watching their team tank twice, I got some good laughs.

I enjoy watchin' people make a fool of themselves.. I've seen alot of delirious and half-witted fans in the few College games I've attended.

do I need to point out that Phil coached there? Im left wondering if his sartorial style was developed during his time there.

I have always had great expiriences with Auburn fans. It's the bammers that are by and large "low brow".

Yes. K-State fans were easy to distinguish. Purple has a way of standing out.

The worst FAN I ever met was Tommy Lasorda, before a Tenesseee/ND game at South Bend...

He's an arrogant little prick....

As a group, we Florida fans are pretty obnoxious, I have to admit. May well be the most aggravating in the SEC.

The worst I've ever been around are FSU fans.

You're missing a key point here. All of the schools you are listing have some reason to be arrogant. These were people who root for Wichita State.

And of course their cause is doubly hampered by the fact that there is not, in fact, a state called "Wichita."

Really. He is in this area quite a bit because his best friend lives up here. Everytime we have ran into him at an ND game he has been as pleasant as anyone I have ever met.

And the worst fans in the world are Michigan State fans, because as much as they suck year in and year out they think they are playing for a national title every single year!

LSU fans are out of control. I got cussed out by a 45 year old woman while I was walking out of the stadium. I was not talking to anyone just walking and she felt the need to cuss me out. Auburn fans are also classless. At this years LSU/Auburn game I saw a fan with a sign saying "you thought Katrina was bad just wait until we get a hold of you"

My wife and I went down to the LSU game last season along with her Louisina cousins and if it wasn't for them I kind of felt we may have been jumped somewhere along the way. Pretty lewd and rowdy.

On the other hand, If I were to rate the most friendly enviroment outside of Nashville it would be our trip to Lexington every other year. The folks are real nice to talk with and like Nashville there is a ton of orange.
