Up late watching Collision....

Much better match between CMLL and BCC to open the night. This pair of CMLL guys were crisp and made me want to see them again. 180º improvement.

One way or another, Stokely is gonna have him a heel to manage. I definitely have a preference.

"The House" will fall. But the better half will remain. How's that for cryptic?

Seems like Queen Aminata is bound for "Stardom".

Orange vs Ishii...
That first chop Ishii delivered was a thing of beauty. All that setup, for one big ole "smack". Awesome piece of work.

I was up late watching this myself. Actually, fell asleep watching it as it went off. It was a good show all in all.The opening tag match was indeed really good, and a showcase for CMLL.

While I think there's too many belts in AEW, with teams like Statlander and Nightingale, they could benefit from it.

Both womens matches back to back were good to see and highlighted the fued with Deonna and Toni Storm. Toni Storms match was especially good with Animata and she continues to impress with her character work. This is the best I've seen her in her career.

I'm slowly coming around on OC even though im not a big fan.A really solid match between the two.

For something that’s a bit lighter, AEW has a 11min interview Renee did with Aminata telling her story. Really fascinating person you want to root for.

Yeah, it was a great interview, and definitely someone who you want to root for. She's went through so much to get where she's at. Also, she's very talented and one that I would push going forward as they seem to be more into using their women's division.

Thanks for linking it!

Hell, she almost seems like a person where the wrestling is just a stop over before she's some kind of (real life) VP for the company or something.

People are really crying because Lesnar got himself axed from history?
I'm not really all that surprised to be honest. There's fans out there that had the same outlook on Benoit. It makes you shake your head. I lurk on a wrestling forum, and some stuff I read makes my head hurt, and the sad thing is they're not trolling most of the time.

It makes me glad to post on here where it's much more relaxing.

Good Dynamite tonight. Man it's easy to hate The Bucks. This new persona is particularly hateable even for them.

Toni's promo was on point, as usual.

I notice Willow didn't protest at the assist from Stokley.

Good to see Taven get a main event. Dude is a great heel.

Yeah, that was a really good show. Dynamite has picked itself up lately after a period of really ho-hum shows.

I think tonight's theme was "Interference Night." I think every match but one (Young Bu... The EVPs match) had some sort of outside interference.

Dax and Mox beat the crap out of each other. Really liked that match.

I would love to see Garcia and Cope again. But I see some tag team matches down the road with the Patriarchy.

Have I mentioned how much I love Skye Blue's new outfit? I don't think I have ever mentioned that before...

Toni is just hilarious. "suckle on the teat!"

What I was hoping for with the OC-Taven match was that Taven wins (with outside help of course) and Roddy pressures him into giving the belt to him. Which Taven doesn't like and for the next few weeks you could set up a whole lot of tension and conflict between Taven and Roddy. Then Roddy defends against OC at Revolution and OC wins it back. Then you can have Taven taking shots at Roddy about how he beat OC and Roddy didn't, etc. Then you have a new program between those two. Maybe build up to a break in Undisputed Kingdom in a few months. Because factions don't really last that long in AEW. That would have been my booking lol.

But that match was awesome.

Dax is an underrated singles wrestler.

I see Wardlow peeling off at some point. But Roddy and the OG Kingdom will likely stay put. Tony wants to recreate the whole Undisputed Era thing I imagine and they are more reliable than Red Dragon.

I think you're right on Garcia and Cope.

I've said it before Skye is a walking thirst trap. Pairing her with Julia only makes it worse. I'm curious to see what happens to the house. Most think Buddy and Black will leave once their contracts are up and I tend to agree. I'm guessing that's why Skye hasn't out right joined them and Julia has been running with her.

I would love to see what Malakai or Buddy could do in Japan. I think Buddy had a brief stint in NJPW. I don't recall Malakai/Tommy End ever wrestling in Japan.
