One of these astronauts may be the first woman on the moon

This makes me so damn happy. It’s like a summation of all the sci-fi I grew up reading since 1962, when I was 8. Both sexes, all races, a collection of happy science nerds and flight jocks, expanding our horizons.

My dad was on numerous NASA pickup missions for astronauts returning to Earth (pre-space shuttle), from John Glenn through Apollo. The first landing on the Moon was on his birthday, something that made him the happiest man on Earth.

I'm happy that my DIL is out of quarantine and her worst symptoms are behind her. She had a fever for a few days, loss of taste for a couple of days and now has a lingering sinus infection. My son came through it with just the sinus infection and loss of smell and taste. They are both past their quarantine dates also. Praying for no relapse but happy they are evidently through it. Once again, thank you for the thoughts and prayers. My family has continually leaned on VN for prayers of well being and they have been answered!

Been waiting for months for Donnie baker to show up on one of my calls. 26 yr old tells me he doesnt do interviews cuz when he doesn’t get the job it makes him sad. Donnie called him the p word in front of his momma right to his face
