I still have no idea what we’re really doing, as I just learned about it tonight, but apparently we’re hitting six different locations in four hours, so we might have it together toward the end.

It was great! And it seems that handing out candy canes before and after helps make folks appreciative, lol.

Alas, it wasn’t one of those spring-out-from-behind-the-Tshirt-rack things, but it was fun anyway. And I acquired a sweatshirt, which is always good. (Note that the shirt definitely removed any element of surprise):

The nice thing is that after singing the dang thing six times (six different locations), I almost know the tenor part. And whenever I got lost, I just sang the alto part that I’ve sung for 50+ years until I got back on track.

Bonus: singing with masks allows you to get away with murder! Just have an innocent expression in your eyes.

Also works for handbells oopsies.
