When they finish graded it the grade runs into his front wall. We are going to basically lower his entire front yard by about 2 inches, enrich the soil and then resod. Plus form a swale that will allow water to drain away from the house and down the hill.

Never ate there for dinner. The last time we stayed at the Venetian, they ran a free breakfast promotion so we ended up eating breakfast there every day. Have had lunch there a few times. That's her fave place in the Vegas to eat so I did well (I think). I may or may not have had a resort credit that expires in March.
