Good description.
@ArdentVol, if this is a spinal fluid leak, you probably don’t want to go into the weekend with it. They do a simple procedure called a blood patch - IF this is the cause of your headache. I hope it winds up soon, whatever the cause, and great news on your back improvement!
Yay! How long before closing?
I can’t remember if you’ve already bought your next house?
@WestTennesseeFox
I am happy my rent is increasing only 19%. I have been worried for a few months they may ask for up to 60% more, it is bonkers down here right now.
The list price was based on 3 the highest comps in the entire zip code and the final offer was nearly 20% over that. This is the first time I remember there being this kind of a strong market in Shelby County, TN.
Oh, Marina Bay, that’s right. I knew you went to the Point, but I forgot you had lived there.We've talked about this before. I was in Marina Bay. Used to go over to Point Richmond to the Up and Under and for sunsets. Was a fan of Great American Burger also. There was a great German place that unfortunately closed.
San Francisco, Oakland, Napa and Richmond.
Did a lot of work helping businesses in distressed areas take advantage of the California Enterprise Zone program. I spent a lot of time in Oakland, Richmond, and Pittsburg in the Bay Area. Wish I had spent more time there compared to the Highway 99 corridor.
Nice. Oakland is underrated, great town. When we moved there from SF everyone thought we were crazy, but within a couple of years there was a big SF to Oakland migration. The Central Valley is way too hot, Hwy 99 is one of the routes we would take to Yosemite.
Have you done the Montfort Colorado stockyards drive by? No? Well, visit Greeley. When the wind is coming off the plains, you cannot escape the au du cattle.I actually enjoyed going to Oakland.
The smell of cow feces on Highway 99 from Bakersfield to Stockton is still remembered today. 99 north of Sacramento is nicer.
