I wish they would move it 30 minutes and leave it alone. OR go to a world 24 hr clock so that whether it is 09:00 or 21:00 it is the same time regardless of where you are.

I wish they would do whatever makes errbody happy so there would no more complaining about it.

Some locales have elected to stay on standard time year round. Others have eschewed the national time zones and elected to use a different one. Murica.
