Ended up going to the Dr, apparently have a sinus infection, negative for everything else, even the herp 👀🤣. Not working tonight though, just got home and started the antibiotics. Nose is burning pretty good, gotta do some spray and cream. I ain't happy about that dizzy stuff.

Keep drinking ridiculous amounts of water, too. You might be running a little dry. Won’t hurt anyway.

Gatorade - Propel are good if you dont care for water

I'm pretty good, except the dizzy crap. Don't really get it unless I lean forward. My nose has always been bad, and I'm bad about letting it get out of control

I've been drinking propel for several months. Because of it I drink close to a gallon a day which is about a gallon more than I used to. I get the bottles and the powder. Gotta say the grape is my favorite because it doesn't seem sweet like some of the others.

It may have been while you were away. She was dating this guy who had a daughter that was married (she was maybe 20ish). Her and her husband were split up and fighting, and she was at her dad's (my sister's boyfriend) while my sister was there. The guy came over and started arguing with the young girl, and my sister and the girls dad came outside. The guy pulled a gun and shot them all, killing my sister's boyfriend, hurting his own wife pretty bad, and hit my sister 3 times. She had a complete through shot in her chest, arm, and one scraped her face. It was a rough situation, I don't have the best relationship with her, but was ready to burn this guy literally. Thankfully, she survived.

Don't remember hearing about that. That's some stupid stuff right there. Glad she survived.
