Used Corolla for our daughter to take back to college. She seems happy about it. Hopefully she takes care of it because we ain't getting her a second one.

She called last week to let us know the car "must have had an oil leak" and that it died on her on the road. So the engine is seized up because she can't be bothered to check the oil. Or pay attention to the idiot light on the dash.
Bummer. It won't be replaced on our dime.

Abandoned on the side of the interstate. Maybe it died, maybe he was pulled over, I have no idea. They contacted ME because he still has not gotten the car titled in his name. I am just done with it.

Best not to do that because eventually they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. I usually just answer them with "that's interesting" and move along with what I was doing.
