Hard to say really. She probably just started getting HRV numbers this week, but paying attention to it and watching stress habits, training readiness, body battery and recovery hours I can usually tell if something is up. Sometimes it's sickness.

She can't find her HRV right now. The rest of those items she's says are good except for one night of sleep sucked because our backdoor neighbors dogs woke her up at 4am. Lol

It may not have started registering yet, it takes about 3 weeks.

But either way if I'm not understanding correctly and she doesn't already know...


At the bottom of the app on her phone where it says Edit Home, go to "at a Glance" make sure it's toggled on and press edit. HRV status is one of the choices she can move up to show on the main page.

Dang sister in law. Here again, but disappeared the padt 2 mornings leaving the kids here, messed up us going to church. Her and the recent boyfriend is over, we think she's went out for a hookup with someone. Idk, said she had to go get something, didn't come back with anything yesterday. I don't mind the kids, but feeling like we're being used as a babysitter while she goes sleeping around.

I worry something similar will happen with one of our daughters. That she will show up with kids and after a bit say she needs to run to walmart and then never comes back.

Ambient Weather Network Model 1965. Not a fan of this one vs. something like a LaCrosse. Too much pressure to "buy a subscription" type things. The system seems to work well and assembled easily enough. I have to get a metal pole to mount it on. Thinking about fabricating a short pole with a base that I can put over the top of a 4x4 and get it powder coated. It reads temps fairly accurately or at least seems to match up to the local weather as reported on My Radar. It's currently propped up on a table on the front porch. Avoiding putting it out in the show and ice.
