1) Winner of the play-in game cutting down the nets.
2) North Carolina.
3) A 5-12 upset.
4) A double overtime game.
5) An SEC team in the Final Four.
6) An SECW team.
7) A team below a 4 seed in the Final Four.
8) Ted Kennedy, Saddam Hussein, or Peter Graves in the stands.
9) A good team free throw shooting percentage.
10) A winner other than either a team from the Big East or Kansas.

Cornell over Temple....that is your 5-12 upset.

The more I look at Temple's season, the more I like them in that game. I'm still sticking with Cornell in that game for right now.

LG, maybe Im not reading it correctly, but are you claiming the final 4 will be composed of teams seeded 4 and up?

Other than that, I agree.

That's always confusing when people talk about a higher or lower seed. To me if your higher than 4 your 5,6,7 etc. IMO

How many of you like Michigan St.'s chances to get to the Sweet 16? They are in a 5-12 game first off, then I don't think they can beat Maryland even if they get to the second round.

Considering they return all but one starter from a squad that went all the way to the national championship game last year, and Tom Izzo is the coach, the chances are very likely.

I have them in the Sweet 16.

That's pretty much my attitude as well. I've had people on other boards tell me that they're picking SDSU over Tennessee. Doesn't bother me.

But that loss was there only true post presence. They sorely miss it and their guards just haven't been as good as they were. Raymar has just struggled all season.
