Are we being serious right now? One alternate uniform and the sky's falling. Honestly, I like the gray, most of the students I talk to are excited about it, and it's not as though we're ditching the orange and white. We've had a rough couple of weeks leading up to this week, so why not let the team vote for something like this? After the past month we've had, I think it's a great idea. They aren't in anyway saying that the orange and white isn't good enough for them, they just want to build some more excitement after a month of emotional, and physical, bludgeoning. They're gonna be the vols regardless of what color they through out. If you are using this as an excuse to criticize Butch, you're trying to hard.

A team like Oregon doesn't have tradtion so they created one. We don't need to do this. If CBJ needs to do this to motivate the players then we need to concern ourselves if he's a good enough coach imo. What if we lose the game?? R all the supporters of it going to want them back or think it was a good idea?? Can't stand how we let a group of players decide that what decades of Vols were proud of wearing isn't good enough for them. This plus the stupid Beat Vandy Bonfire shows how low UT has sunk and how low the fanbase has too.

I never fell for the CBJ gets it and respects our traditions bs when he got hired. Stuff like this imo doesnt prove he gets jack.

Yes, it was hard watching our players play with passion and heart. Watching them compete with UGA was just miserable. If we would have won, I wouldn't call it a victory because they were wearing the smokey jerseys.

I hate some fans. Go home and cheer for someone else. You bring nothing to the table as a fan. You probably leave at halftime and get mad when the person in front of you cheers and won't sit down.

Does it make u feel better in ur pathetic life to tell someone to cheer for someone else?? Even though u totally missed the pt. U r more than welcome to come to my home and take my UT diploma off my office wall. Btw I live in Texas...let's see how much ur Internet tough guy act goes.

I would almost guarantee that you don't even have a high school education let alone a diploma from UT with some of the crap I've seen you post. You claim to have a diploma hanging on your office wall yet you type things out like a 14 year old girl sending a text message.
