I'd be embarrassed too if my team has lost to Davidson more times than they've beat Florida and Tennessee.

That's hitting below the belt. Not even I would say that. BTW, I happen to know 253 former Gamecock players that work in gas stations.

what makes you think in 2012 we "go back to normal'?
Lattimore will be here till 2014, Alshon & Gurley are here till 2013, Shaw will take over for Garcia with no problems, we just got a recruit that had the fastest time recorded at the Nike Camp his name is Demiere Byrd and he was timed with a laser at 4.2, we have a awesome OL class coming in 2011, 3 guys around 6-7 to 6-8 and 300+ lbs, we are not gonna slow down in 2012, thats a promise

Lattimore is there in 2012. From what I've seen of him, that's probably his last year running amok in the fairgrounds.

I'd be even more surprised to see Alshon return for a senior season. Guy's got first-round pick written all over him.

You are living in the past.
Oh Wait...
you guys do realize that over the last 6 years we are 3-3 with UT and for the next few years until your program gets stable i dont see you guys winning against us, bash away!

All in all nothing changes the fact that right now USC is one of the 2 best teams in the East. And the only one still ranked nationally. We are going to a better bowl game than any other team in the East more than likely and regardless of how much history any school may or may not have, history is a memory, you build for the future. And at this point, USC has a bright future.

Don't think you'll get much argument that USC is one of the two best teams in the East this year (though I think they'll choke in the Swamp in two weeks).

And, I've been vocal that they're legitimate SEC champion contenders next year. Beyond that, I don't know how you can be so certain that the future is all that bright. Florida and Georgia will continue to outrecruit you, and Tennessee isn't getting any worse.

I asked you to name them. And just to play hardball with you, how about their location as well.

I can throw out a grossly inaccurate number of people who act like message board Heman too.

No offense, but how can you choke if you will not be favored in the game to begin with? We may be ranked, but Florida will still be favored to win over us.

Alshon will leave early. Lattimore has a better chance of staying his senior year and getting his degree even though he could be a nice pick as a Junior.

If you can't win the east this year under the circumstances.

Its a choke.

Better pounce, favored or not.

did know that. and those tickets were returned by UT 3 weeks before the game to be sold by the USC tix office. nice effort on your fans to show up to support a championship contender. enjoy the success this year. (you still finish 2nd in the East in the worst East since you joined the SEC.)

hey we bought all our tickets. I cant help UT fans didnt care enough about their team to buy their allotment

Thank you, I feel like a winner. As far as the stalking, I'm not sure where I've spoken to you before so forgive me, I can't recall that happening. But your obsession with me is a little bit flattering. Again, thanks

here is one stalking example that you actually had to go out of your way and off the subject of the thread to attempt to call me out on here:

I will come back later and give you other examples if you wish

So, the construction of I-26 isn't history? I didn't know they weren't finished with it yet.

:good!:

Heck, I figured since you guys wanted to talk about the history of the programs I'd join you instead of arguing my opinion of why history doesn't matter. Jeez, you guys aren't happy with it either way.

It will be interesting to see where SC goes once Steve retires. He will leave them in a pretty good spot (obviously still not a great program but much better than when he came in)

They can either move on from there and hire a great replacement or they could flub and fall right back to the doldrums.

bmccall:
OK, I'm done messing with bmccall. We have personally offended him and I apologize for all of VN. I was playing under the assumption that everyone was joking and having a laugh or two. Clearly, this is not the case. I will have to say that you sir take your sports a lot more serious than the rest of us do and hopefully you will forgive all of us based on this mea culpa. I promise to never joke, tease or playfully harass bmccall again. As a olive branch of peace, I provide you with the following link, it will help you go through the proper channels to remedy your problem.

I agree. He will leave us in a better place. Our next coach will have to take that and either run with it or run it into the ground. But he will be given a better USC to coach at.

They're being big ol' meanies to me Eric :(
