Disagree with the man's policies and his questionable relationships but in the end you have to be proud of Obama and this country!

God **** America...oh wait that is Obama's pastor. Seriously though, I didn't vote for the man but I wish him the best. I support him cause I love America and like it or not, he is our president.

agreed. I am proud that we can elect a black man, but not proud that we elected a man so in love with the European socialist model.

and OBTW, we're the greatest country in the history of the world because we are the only one built upon entrepreneurial spirit. That model made us the wealthiest ever and that wealth has translated into military and economic dominance.

Does anyone try to see the positives in this? All the work China is doing to undermine the US in Africa just went up in smoke!

Are killing people in the streets..... civil unrest because of an election.......

Regardless, life goes on no matter who is in the White House.

We are the United States!

It is perfectly acceptable to question Obama's policies, but to discredit this country for what we do is silly.

freedom is nothing new and has not made us great. Economic might , which begot military might, has made this the greatest nation in the world.

Our economic might has been driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, but frankly came from a vast supply of natural resources available to the industrial revolution. The entrepreneurs and investors in that gigantic movement built a capital base in this nation that is astonishing. That pile of capital is exactly where we find the origination of our power.

He doesn't even need to do that. BPV is well aware that China is aggressively undermining the US in Africa and they are winning. The election of one they call their own to what they believe is the greatest power on Earth will seriously hurt China in trying to win the hearts of the people.

Plus, just maybe this might be what gets them to organize and become solid countries in their own right. Smaller things have happened to change the world maybe this is one plus we can hope for?
