This coaching staff won this game for us. They made good decisions pretty much all game. The scheme worked very well. Heupel is one of the best head coaches Tennessee has ever had, if not the best, and I'm extremely thankful for him.

Started last year with the TAMU game. We'd been losing that type of game for 15 years.

They had me in the fist half...not gonna lie...but they came through. They got Nico moving a little more in the 2nd half which seemed to make all the difference

I can't get over how improved our defense is over last year. Especially the secondary and stopping the automatic 1st down passes we saw all last year.

Those runs in the first half were not to productive but they softened them up. In the second, the run really picked up.

You call out bad coaching when it’s deserved. Heupels coaching in the first half was Butch level bad. But he made the correct adjustments.
