I honestly can’t even remember the last time I even heard that word; not necessarily because of its meaning but because it’s just an old term.

I've always been a big advocate for knowing your strengths and recognizing your weaknesses.

Too many people aren't self aware, they don't realize why do they do some of the things they do. It took me years to come to some major realizations and I'm much happier today than I was 20 years ago.
