But donsarge, Everyone knows his swing is a mess. Also If you can't tell that the mans putting is near the worst he has ever done, then you are blind. Even though tiger is head over heels better than any player right now, he could be that much better if he worked on his swing and putting.

But I do have to say, and donsarge you can agree, that it does look like tiger is working on his swing. He is now coming around with his swing.

I disagree about St. Andrews. I think he might be able to bomb his way around that course. I mean, John Daly once won there.

The wind is the key GaVol. If it blows his spin ratio is out of control. It makes his ball curve, spin and eliminates his chances. Daly has VERY low ball spin ratio and thusly he won in the wind.( one of the under recognized rounds in recent history )

I don't agree with anything you said. Respectfully, sorry. Check out this months Golf Digest and you'll see it's not just me.

well I know, I have read the golf digest, But what does a man in a magazine know. My dad is a sports writer and he could say that tennessee is the worst college team ever, doesn't mean that its true now does it.

Tiger is the greatest ever. He adjust his swings because he tries to make the game more challenging for him. If you missed the espn interview on him about it you should watch it.

Dude, your arguing with the wrong man on this topic. I have taught with his coaches past and present. He fired Butch because of ego, just as he did Fluff his former caddie. The Golf Digest article was written by one of the foremost authorities on golf swing mechanics. And there are only 10-12 of those in the world. I have worked with 8 of them and they all would tell you the same thing. The players would say the same as well.

I am going to disagree about the Nike clubs.

I am a very avid golfer who has a friend that uses Nike Irons and I seem to enjoy them quite a bit. I don't get the distance on the clubs but I do get accuracy with them.

I am still a Ping-Man

Nike has improved, but I think they've got a ways to go.

I played a set of Ping Zing 2s forever before I finally moved into the 21st century and switched to Callaway X-16 Pros.

Tiger fired Butch because he wanted an outragous chunk of Tiger's purse....I understand why Tiger did it.

Nike's Irons have a very long way to go

I am out of this endless jibberish. I have been in the game for 21 years professionally and for 15 years at the highest level, PGA Tour level. Mickelson said 2 years ago Nike was crap, it is still crap. :banghead: :flush: :snoring:

We differ on opinions then.

I have been playing golf for almost 17 years and have used several different clubs.

Nike clubs are certainly a step below the top level but I don't feel they are nearly as horrible as some make them out to be. With the new Nike Irons, my buddy is shoting roughly 4-5 shots better per round.

Different per player.

How old are you?

Grief, try arguing instead of telling people to "shut up" or "you dont know what your talking about".....your arguments are sad and pathetic when filled with petty insults or shots.

Your buddy ain't no tour player. Tour players play no equipment YOU or your buddy could get your hands on, for any price. :banghead: :withstupid:

Several tour players play equipment found on the everyday store.

As someone who has help setup the Colonial, I have seen the equipment used by many tour players.

I somehow doubt you have worked with anyone near the PGA tour.

Why would I waste my time calling you?

Facts still remain...many tour players use equipment that can be bought and used by a common golf player.....Nike clubs while a step lower are not as horrible as you make them out to be....with the balls occupying a roughly 8% of the market ball-wise...expect a increase to around 15% if not more.
